Premium Domain Service is an AITDomains initiative to help customers keep their domains renewed in a timely manner and avoid the redemption/restoration cycle. Customers subscribing to this service will receive three phone calls, one at minus 30 days, one at minus 15 days, and another at minus 3 days, reminding them to renew as well as additional email reminders of renewal times. Other Registrars charge up to $35 per year for domain registration with this type of service – with AITDomains the service costs you a mere $3.99 per domain registration in addition to your low registration fee.

AITDomains will make every reasonable effort to contact you to renew your domain before it expires. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to keep phone number and email address contact information updated.
